Privacy Policy

1. The Short Version

We collect the information you choose to give us — mostly through contact forms and call bookings — plus basic analytics about how the site is used. We use it to respond to you and to make the site better. We never sell it. That’s the whole policy in three sentences; the details follow.

2. Information We Collect

Contact and qualification forms: when you submit a form on this site, we receive what you typed — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and details about your business and project (industry, goals, budget range, timeline, and any free-text notes).

Call bookings: when you book a strategy call, scheduling is handled by Google Calendar’s appointment system. Google collects the information you enter there (name, email, and any notes) under its own privacy policy, and shares the booking details with us.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on page, rough geographic region, device and browser type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.

Email: if you email us directly, we keep the correspondence like any business keeps its inbox.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a strategy call, scope and deliver services you hire us for, and follow up on conversations you started. We use analytics data to see which pages work and which don’t.

If you become a client, we may also use your information for invoicing, project management, and the routine mechanics of working together.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with the service providers that make this site function: Resend delivers our form-submission emails, Google provides analytics (when enabled) and calendar scheduling, and our hosting provider serves the site itself. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

We will disclose information if the law requires it — a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process — or if disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

If DIGG Productions is ever sold or merged, client and contact records may transfer as part of that transaction. The new owner would be bound by this policy until it publishes a new one.

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and, when campaigns are running, for retargeting (Google and Meta pixels). Cookies help us understand traffic and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works fine without cookies — you just become invisible to our analytics, which is your right.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents have the right to access the personal data a business holds about them, correct it, delete it, get a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and several other states have similar rights.

As a practical matter, we extend these rights to everyone regardless of state: email us and we will tell you what we have, fix it, or delete it. We don’t make you fill out a form or verify your identity beyond confirming you control the email address in question.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@DIGGProductions.com with “privacy request” in the subject line. We respond within 45 days, usually much faster.

7. Data Retention

Form submissions and business correspondence are kept as long as they are useful for the relationship — typically while we are talking or working together, and for a reasonable period afterward for records, tax, and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard settings.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it (for example, invoices for tax records).

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to our email and business systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reputable providers and current, maintained software.

9. Children

This site is for businesses and the adults who run them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes to how we handle data already collected would be communicated to affected people directly where practical.

11. Contact

Questions, corrections, or privacy requests: email info@DIGGProductions.com or call 720-575-8721. DIGG Productions LLC is based in Castle Rock, Colorado.
